At Walkaroo Footwear, we want every step you take to be comfortable. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Log in to your account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the footwear in its original packaging and include the printed return slip to ensure your request is processed without delays.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location using the prepaid shipping label provided by our customer support team.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned footwear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
